Best Movie of 2011

This year, the best movie is going to be tough to decide!
We have :

• Fright Night – a super 80s re-make starring Colin Farrell as a vampire! The 80s version was the one which successfully started the slew of horror movies combined with a comedic slant.
• Thor – The God of Thunder aka Singapore’s new Worker’s Party hero – Thor is a different breed of Superhero movie. Sure, there’s a cape or two, and people punch things in the name of truth and justice, but the mythic side of Thor is pretty much unprecedented in the world of superhero movies.  Check out the rising star Chris Hemsworth who’s going to be BIG.  Also starring Anthony Hopkins and Natalie Portman
• X-Men :  The Prequel.  Here comes Matthew Vaughn, the director of the excellent Kick-Ass, to tackle an X-Men prequel.  Kevin Bacon is the villain.  They even started shooting without a finished script.  Will this prequel be bigger than its successors (or predecessors?)
